They are essentially a sourcing company, who constantly look out or find products that are either selling well or getting a lot of attention on social media. They then provide their members with the details of these ‘hot selling products’ on their website (members only of course).

Advert Copy Ideas & Free Videos
DropShip Spy also provides you with helpful, if not slightly over the top advert text for you to use within your advertisements. I would recommend tweaking them if you are going to look at using them as they can be a bit hit and miss at times!
They also provide you with a video advert that you can use. It’s been shown that Facebook videos get a lot more engagement and have a greater chance of being seen than Facebook posts.

This is one of the large attractions for companies like Ecom Hunt, they are products that they see as doing really well at this moment in time, and could potentially earn you nice, easy cash. These products are of course given to members only (at least the very latest are) and then as they become less popular or more people know about them, Ecom Hunt open them up to the general public (more on that later)

Much like their competitor, EcomHunt offer you targeting examples, though if I am honest, I find Ecom Hunts offerings a little less appealing, it’s mainly broad ideas such as

Another useful bit of data that you are given, is the current profit margins and the current engagement rates that adverts are having.
Having the potential profits, as well as links to multiple sellers is really useful, as it allows you to find the one with the highest rating or orders.
Being provided with the current number of shares, likes, reactions and comments then allows you to gauge how popular a product is, and possibly how viral it might have gone.
Product Copy Ideas & Link To Videos
EcomHunt does try to provide you with some meaningful product copy to add to your site. This is helpful because a lot of the copy you get from manufacturers etc makes very little sense. So having some plain English text can be really helpful.
The last thing you get given on the product page is one or two examples of Facebook videos that look to be doing well.

This gives you the profit metrics. It’ll give you an idea if it’s worth going for.
I personally wouldn’t test a product without at least about $15 profit after taking away product cost.
If it’s a product with only $5-7 profit then I would give it a miss or alternately test it at a high price.

This is not available on all products but on some you have the option of seeing the product on someones Shopify store or Amazon and Ebay.
I wouldn’t worry too much about that this feature as I never check eBay or Amazon. You can also check out the competitors store where it’s being sold by clicking on the link in the Facebook ad.
This is handy if you want to get some description inspiration.
